SkyWars Also launching with Ranked Mode A fully competitive experience right from the start Custom Textures – Important Update Our custom textures will not be fully integrated at the start of Open Beta. They will be added and expanded step by step with future updates, We’re working hard to deliver a stable, fun, and competitive Open Beta. Thank you to everyone supporting us on this journey — EnderCity is getting closer every day!
Here is an early preview of our Rank System, including rank ups and downs as well as level progression. The system is being expanded and refined step by step. A big thank you also goes to Ikethd, who created the original foundation for the texture animation and kindly provided it to us again. This gave us the possibility to build the system the way it is now and integrate it quickly. If you have any ideas, wishes or suggestions for the Rank System or the server in general, post them in #ideas. More updates will follow soon.
Players begin in the Iron ranks and can climb higher through winning matches. The more victories and performance, the higher you progress in the ladder. The rank order is: Iron → Bronze → Silver → Gold → Emerald → Diamond → Ruby → Amethyst Each rank has multiple stages (I, II, III) and ends with a Master title before moving on to the next rank category. Goal: Consistently play and win to climb to higher ranks and compete against other players.
We’re currently working on giving EnderCity its own unique visual identity – without completely changing the classic Minecraft look and feel. Instead of redesigning the entire texture pack, we’re focusing specifically on custom textures for GUIs, menus, and interface elements. Our goal is to make game systems and features more visually clear and distinct, while keeping the familiar Minecraft blocks and world mostly vanilla for now, so new players can jump in without needing a separate texture pack. Our resource pack loads automatically when joining and delivers a clean, modern interface. All menus, icons, and UI components are carefully designed to feel cohesive – without impacting performance. More visual updates may follow later, but right now, we’re focusing on a clear and consistent user interface.
The site will serve as a central hub for everything related to the server. You can already find an overview of upcoming gamemodes like Duels, Zone Wars, SMP and our event system. We also provide insight into current projects and show which team positions are open or already filled. But EnderCity.net isn’t just about information – it’s meant to be a real meeting point for everyone who wants to get involved: whether as part of the community, the team, or as a creator. In the future, the website will expand with applications, event coordination, public roadmaps, and more. Getting here wasn’t easy – internal roadblocks, especially due to past team decisions, held back progress for a long time. But with a fresh start and new focus, development is finally moving forward the way it should. We’re excited to hear your feedback and ideas – and this is only the beginning.
