Notice regarding linked/listed partner and creator channels

Some of the channels, profiles, or accounts mentioned or linked on this website or in connection with the Minecraft server "EnderCity" are operated by external partners or creators who are engaged in a cooperation or partnership relationship with EnderCity. As part of this cooperation, EnderCity enables the use of a serviceable postal address (c/o) that EnderCity itself uses as part of an address or office service, and acts as a central contact and receiving point for legally relevant correspondence (e.g. official notices or cease-and-desist letters), insofar as such correspondence relates to the partnership. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, responsibility for the content published on external platforms (such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or Instagram) lies with the respective operators of the listed accounts. Permanent monitoring of these external contents is not reasonable for EnderCity and does not take place. If specific indications of unlawful, harmful, or legally or internally non-compliant content become known, EnderCity reserves the right to terminate the cooperation with the respective account immediately and to remove any reference or linking.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para.1 DDG under the general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we as a service provider are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored foreign information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
